I/She+have/has+been+verb+ing+here for the last three years (or since 2010)
With for we should use the duration. (for three hours)
With since we should use the point of time. ( since monday)
1.The Present Perfect Continuous tense is used for an action which began at some time in the past and is still continuing.
She has been working here for several months.
2. This tense is also sometimes used for an action already finished. Here the cintinuity is stressed as an explanation of something.
“Why are you so late?” “I have been attending a meeting”
